Many of us ask the “Who am I?” question at some point in our lives and some of us struggle with the answer in addition to wondering who we want to be. Find guidance in meeting and strengthening your inner sense of identity and place in the world. You do belong here and now, and support is here for your questioning and self-discovery!

Our bodies are the only way we have to interact with the world. We come in many shapes and sizes as well as with parts that we might not like or identify with. I’m here to support you whether you’re struggling with the gender you were assigned at birth, are a weight that you don’t like, or know that you would like to love yourself more.
Stuckness
~ Lots of things get in the way of healing, hope, and possibility. ~
When you have the sense that you have tried everything and still feel awful most of the time, I am here to be your partner in the suckiness and support your transition from stuckness to possibility. I believe in your innate wholeness.
Self Integration
~ To be internally aligned empowers one to accomplish anything. ~
We are so much more powerful when our entire being is aligned around our goals. Where in your life would you like more internal alignment? This individual counseling facilitates that alignment and gives individuals a chance to meet their internal saboteurs.
Relationship Transitions
~ Relationships are challenging to navigate. Get help with the transitions. ~
For couples (and polygroups) to be connected through relationship transitions whether the transition is into deeper relationship or out of the depths.
Through mediation, connected conversations and empathy, each member of the relationship expresses and is heard as well as comes to understand their and their loved one’s key desires.
Examples of transitions: moving in together, getting married, getting separated, starting retirement, considering adoption or having a child, dealing with a miscarriage or the death of a child, breaking up, and many other transitions.

- Body Image: Learn from one another and explore specific exercises for greater self-acceptance and freedom from our own worst criticism. Virtually on Thursdays, 11am-12:30pm Mountain time.
- Social Anxiety: Isolation during the pandemic has made it more challenging for most of us to interact with others. Gain tools for relating differently to your anxiety so that it does not control you. Practice being yourself with others within a loving container for exploration. Virtually on Wednesdays, 2-3:30pm Mountain time.
- Adult Third Culture Kid (TCKs): For global nomads or others who grew up in cultures different than their parents’ culture(s) to share about how it is to be in the United States, learn better coping strategies, and grow a greater sense of home in this place.
- Enneagram: This personality typing system affords pathways to greater understanding, health, and alignment. Learn about your own enneatype and how to best interact with people from other types. Improve your sense of presence and awareness of your autopilot responses to give yourself more choice in the world.
- Women Seeking Greater Connection: Especially, during COVID, many of us were isolated, which exacerbated our already fragile support systems. We all need support and connection; let’s meet to find it together through various exercises and group processing time.
