One of the hardest things is to be present with ourselves.
It is so easy to distract ourselves with devices, vices, or diving into tasks.

My work has been to self accompany, to pause, take a deep breath and connect with my present moment. Then I feel my pain and give myself compassion. In the moment, aliveness is possible. ​

I support people to shift from self abandonment to self accompaniment.
